City of Edinburgh Lions Club is open to both male and female members. Although "Membership is by Invitation", those who believe in and will uphold Lions Clubs International's 'Code of Ethics' and 'Lions Purposes' are welcome.
Scottish Legislation requires that club members be vetted due to certain activities conducted by the Lions Club. This is done by "Disclosure Scotland" By joining any Scottish Club you are agreeing to comply with this legislation.
